COSMETIC VAGINAL SURGERY
There are multiple reasons more and more women are requesting this kind of procedure. They want to alleviate discomfort caused by large and/or thick labia, which often interfere with biking, working out, wearing tight fitting clothes. Or many women want to enhance or improve the appearance or asymmetrical look of the vagina. Feeling good about how you look often builds self-confidence and self-esteem. These are some procedures:
COSMETIC LABIAPLASTY (labia reduction surgery and beautification) involves surgically reducing and/or reshaping the female external genital structures.
LABIA MAJORA AUGMENTATION: This type of labia surgery can provide aesthetically enhanced and youthful labia majora via autologous fat transplant (removal of the patient’s fat via liposculpturing and transplanting it into the labia majora).
VULVAR LIPOPLASTY: This form of vaginal cosmetic surgery can remove unwanted fat from the mons pubis and upper parts of the labia majora. Liposculpturing can alleviate the unsightly fatty bulges of this area and produce an aesthetically pleasing contour
VAGINOPLASTY (rejuvenation of the vagina) involves “tightening” and rebuilding of the vaginal muscles and the perineum. Childbirth, (especially multiple), aging, and genetic factors often cause the vaginal muscles to loosen, tear, and weaken. The diameter of the vagina gets bigger and there is a loss of feeling (and pleasure). Vaginoplasty returns the vagina to “pre-pregnancy” state and recreates sexual excitement and pleasure for the woman and her partner.
REDUCTION OF EXCESS PREPUCE: the excess skin along the sides of the clitoris is also reduced. This allows the skin to drape neatly over the clitoris, providing the desired aesthetic enhancement.
HYMEN REPAIR: This surgery is also often referred to as Hymenoplasty. Repair of a torn hymen is frequently done for religious or cultural reasons. Confidentiality is extremely important for us.
