Some patients present a volume increase of the cheeks as the fat bag enlarges (or bichat bag) that are located internally.

The incision is of 1 cm and is performed in the cheek’s internal part which takes between 60 minutes under local anesthesia or sedation. Recovery lasts 2 to 3 days.
